Nusa Dewata Surf Charter prices are based on a 12 day minimum
charter. Special rates are available in the low season.

40% deposit is needed to secure the booking with the balance
due 60 days prior to the departure date. Unsecured bookings will
not be held if requested by other clients. Demand for these limited
dates is high so we recommend bookings and deposits are payed
ASAP to avoid disappointment.
No cash……. No splash!

In the event of a cancellation by the booking party, the deposit
is non refundable. A failure to pay the balance as specified will result in a loss of the booking and the deposit.

Travel insurance and medi-vac protection is mandatory and common sense. Please advise us of policy type.

Payment or part payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The owners and operators, agents or employees of KM Nusa
Dewata assume no responsibility for any cause of injury, loss
or damage to person or property in connection to any service
resulting directly from acts of God, detention, annoyance,
delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, theft, pilferage,
force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or
depart as scheduled, civil disturbances or any other action of
which it has no control. We assume no liability for loss or damage
to baggage or surfboards in transit to or from charter or while on
charter. The Captain reserves the right to remove any passengers
from Nusa Dewata that endangers the wellbeing and safety of the
vessel, passengers, and crew at any time in accordance with
maritime law. Board bags should be well labelled. We are not
responsible for non or late arrival of boards.

It is highly recommended that you travel to Padang by Garuda
Airlines as they have daily flights in and out. We cannot control
the weather and if the rare occasion occurs that you miss your
flight, dealing with this airline provides the least amount of hassle
and added costs.
